Being a member of a gym is a great way to improve you health and change your body shape. However, many people are unsure what to do and experience a point in their training where they can’t seem to progress.

If you are looking to train for a certain goal, to lose those extra few pounds, beat a time in a race, fit into an old pair of jeans or drop a dress size then personal training is for you.

With personal training you will receive a one-to-one consultation where you have a full health assessment including blood pressure, body weight, BMI, fat percentage and waist measurements. We will then discuss your goals and work out a personal training plan for the one-to-one sessions and a programme for you to do in the gym or at home.

The advantage of having one-to-one sessions is that the trainer can adjust things to your level during the session and progress you a lot quicker than a normal gym programme. Personal training gives you the motivation and support you need to break down the barriers to your goals!

Prices include an initial free consultation, health assessment and goal setting.

 

One-to-one single session... £30

4 one-to-one sessions........ £110.00 (£27.50 per session)

8 one-to-one sessions........ £200.00 (£25.00 per session)
Groups of 2-5 people.......... £20.00 each

Groups of more than 5........ £15.00 each
