Our morning course for £80 is run over 4 weeks. You'll do 3 sessions per week and we
provide each participant with the opportunity to:
There is also an hour session on Monday, Thursday and Friday for £5 a session. This does not include nutrition support.
We train complete beginners right up to the
professional athlete using our functional sports based training methods.
Our aim is to create a culture away from the mainstream of conventional
gym training. We take our clients away from the usual gym based machines
and get them moving in the way that we were all designed to move, in all
3 planes of motion; sagittal, frontal and transverse planes.
